The shops where sales are easiest to grow are usually not new shops, but the ones already buying from you. The signs are in your order data. The problem is that almost nobody has time to read the data of 200 shops one by one.
The solutionWhich shops could buy more, every nightSee how it worksThese are the five signs that show up most often.
1. A regular item stops being bought
A shop that usually orders two-door fridges every month or two, then orders none for four months. The item still sells elsewhere, so the shop is most likely buying it from a rival. This is the quickest opportunity to close, because the shop already knows the product.
2. A category they don't stock yet
The shop buys fridges and washing machines from you but has never bought chest freezers, while similar-sized shops do. Compare every shop with shops like it, not with the average of all shops.
3. Order quantities don't grow
The shop is growing and opening branches, but its orders from you stay the same year after year. That means another supplier is taking the shop's growth.
4. Your brand's share in that shop is small
If your salesmen note how much rivals sell in a shop, you can see how much of its category spend you win. A small share in a big shop is often worth more than a big share in a small one.
5. The standard range isn't complete
Some products are bought by nearly every one of your shops. A shop that doesn't carry them yet can almost always be offered them, because the proof is already in hundreds of other shops.
How to check every shop
Take 12 to 18 months of order history per shop, then check these five signs for every shop, every month. For one or two shops you can do it by hand. For hundreds, the realistic way is to let a system do the checking, so salesmen just receive the list of shops and what to offer.
Checked every night, for every shop. In the Sales App, AI Agents check these five signs in your order data every night, put a rupiah value on each opportunity, and add it to each salesman's visit plan for the next morning.
How this automatic analysis works, with its results in the field, is explained in AI for sales analysis per shop.
